Won It

What a great night, Gerry won the Scottish Designer House of the Year for RP9, Eskbank last night at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. He really didn't expect to win.
The judges commented on the passion of Gerry for the house and its setting in the woodland. Also the innovation and the fact that it was different.

I went up to collect the award which must have caused some confusion but I was sooooo excited. I almost ran up to the stage. Gerry was in shock and sat at the table. By the time I got back he was surrounded by women!!!! I think they were journalists.

Everyone was so pleased for us at the table - we didn't know anyone at the event but well done to everyone else at the table as well.

Well done to Paul Edie for his award in conjunction for housing at Gracemount.
